Things are finally settling down around here, after a month of travel, online teaching, and my first book signings for Keeping House. We had two book signings in downtown Greensboro, at the Yew Tree Gallery. The cover artist Richard Phillips joined me in the event. I mets lots of wonderful, interesting people! At the book signing on July 3rd, there were even belly dancers at the back of the gallery performing! I had a small book signing up in Virginia, organized by my Mom. She is turning out to be a real book peddler. Who knew? Last week I sent out alot of review copies of Keeping House to various bookstores and organizations, including Monticello and the WHite House Gift Shop and Barnes and Nobles. Here's hoping Keeping House will soon be in bookstores across the land.
This morning I found some new Pre-Raphaelite art I wanted to share.
This one is The Legend of Sir Percival by Cowper
Ophelia by Paul Steck
Wizard by Burne-Jones. I really LOVE Burne-Jones!
